Can't stop crying today, feeling really low....

Hi everyone

Just need a bit of support, been through so much the past 2 and half years, please read my posts , today I'm feeling really low. Woke up feeling sick, nausea, wretching, heart palps and feeling low and pelvic pain. I jyst want someone to come and take it all away and feel like me again. 😢😢xx

Hi, I'm so sorry that you're feeling this way and hope you might feel a little better by now X I'm afraid I can't offer much advice because I'm not diagnosed, am in the process of investigation, but just wanted to respond as I know how awful and lonely it can be when you are suffering and you don't know where to turn. I hope you can be kind to, and patient with, yourself and give yourself the time to rest and find things that can make you feel a bit better, if even only a little . Take care and hope you get to a better patch soon X

Hi Boodie, so sorry to hear your not so good. Sending a hug. My advice would be have a hot water bottle a movie you love to take your mind of the pain - today may be rubbish get through it and tomorrow will be a better day 🙂
