Endo and ruptured cyst

So in 2014 I was told I had a twisted and ruptured cyst. And told I had Endo (this has been treated and taken out)

I saw a different consultant due to having pains again and he seems to think it’s strange that in 2014 my cyst had twisted, as endo normally sticks down!?

What is he trying to say!???

Has anyone else had this ?
