feeling utterly rubbish

I haven't been well since end of March when I picked up a bad virus. My period is 2 days late, I feel sick, dizzy, I keep getting weird numbness in my hands and legs and i'm so bloated it actually hurts. I hate this bloody illness.

I have tried peppermint tea but nothing is working I think it may be an endo flare up from when I was unwell, as I haven't been this bloated in a longggg time. Think I'm in for a bad period this time around!

Just a random though but have you been checked out for lupus I think you can get numbness as a symptom of that.?
