Knee pain

I had a hysterectomy about 3 weeks ago just having severe knee pain during the day and stiffness at night. I kept my ovaries. I had adenomyosis. Any one know what causes this? Seems so if if it was the position during surgery the pain would have been there a few days after.

I had a full hysterectomy in 2014 did you have the injection in the spine as it could be after effects of that . Perhaps ring the ward and ask advice . Just remember to take it easy as you may have been over doing it .

I had general anesthesia. I was fine for that three weeks then I got a few hot flashes. So, I know my know my hormones are out of wack. My doctor said knee pain, is frim not moving around much. The nurse told me what the doctor doesn't say, that when your hormones are off that can cause knee pain as well as joints. She said it's not uncommon. Feeling frustrated. My doctor is on vacation for three weeks. Any suggestions to help with the pain? Natural supplements for hormone and/or knee pain?

Is it possible that my ovaries will recover when they seem to be working fine for three weeks?
