Diagnostic lap appointment then what..

I’ve never had regular or what by any means any one who knows me would call a ‘normal’ period, I started around the age of 13/14 and they have always been extremely heavy.. I could bleed for a week have a couple of days off and go back to a period, or I could bleed for two weeks and the discomfort wouldn’t ease until a few days after it’s stopped. They’ve never been in a regular cycle. Always closer rather than further apart until now. I’d become extremely bloated at any point other than when I was bleeding and then my tummy would be so tender it felt like a bruise all round. They’ve always been very painful and effected my bowels at the time of my period & just after, I just put that down to all of the cramps I was getting in my abdomen. I was diagnosed with an overactive bladder in 2016 after recurrent UTI’s but now I’m not so sure about that either... Maybe it’s linked? I have this constant pressure in my lower abdomen and could always urinate, although cramping in my lower abdomen means I’ll stop and start during dream. Over the last year and a half to two years sex became very painful and in the last 6 months I began to bleed after sometimes even during. I’ve tried several different pills ones to stop your periods and ones where you have a 7 day break to try and regulate them or dispose of the pain nothing has worked yet I even had the Depo-Provera injection which actually only made my bleeding worse. Since I’ve began bleeding after sex I’ve also had breast discharge and they’re very tender to the point sometimes I can only wear children’s non wired soft bras, I’ve suffered with headaches and extreme tiredness since I left high school in 2014 but put that down to the strange shifts and patterns in which I work and the extent of my bleeding as I was also found to have anaemia. I began then passing a flesh like mass 4 times now.. So at my last pill review the nurse at my local GP surgery decided enough was enough and referred me to a gynaecologist. I went on Friday the 23rd of March 2018, first time and I’ve left with an appointment for a diagnostic laparoscopy and a leaflet about endometriosis. Now I haven’t had a period for 3 months and am feeling so tender and get shooting pains that go right through me, I’m having hot flushes that make me feel so sick, but after an internal examination the other day where they say all looked okay there I have now bleed and had discharge after as I would after intercourse. I’m 19 years old and will be 20 in May. Not quite sure what to think... I’m so fed up, I’m really worried they will say it’s nothing they can sort because I’ve had enough of feeling so poorly now... I feel like I’m wasting my years just working and feeling crap no enjoyment out of life...
