burning back pain

I would say back pain is one of my worst symptoms! particularly bad atm as my period is due soon. Does anyone else's feel like a burning sensation? mine is on the right lower side

Yes. Unfortunately I suffer from right side abdominal and lower back pain. I described it as a burning pain in my last gynecologist appointment. I sometimes can't walk, stand, sit, bend because it's so bad.

Not sure how you relieve the pain, butI I use a hot water bottle to help x

I have awful back pain right side, regularly just feels tight like my muscles are too short to move properly. When its bad it can be a all consuming pressure from the middle of my back down into my tailbone. I also get a pinching feeling in my hip, pain it feels like in my bones of my groin and legs mainly right but at times both. Heating pad is amazing and I take an OTC muscle relaxer. I know it might not make sense I feel better atleast for a bit if Ive been up being active. Wish I could offer more advice!
