does endo flare up when generally unwell?

I had medical botox for migraines on Friday. Saturday 4am I woke up with the worst back and head pain ever, and I was vomiting plus had a fever. Since then I have largely been nauseous, random pains in my back and hip, really bad dizziness and I'm so tired it's insane. I even just took a pregnancy test due to the nausea but it was negative. I don't usually get endo flare ups except near my period (not due until 9 April), but can general illness generally flare it up? My IBS has been playing up too and I am getting random pains in my pelvis.

EDIT - I have been to the doctors and they think it's a coincidence and gave me antibiotics. But I've stopped the anti-b's as it was making the nausea/IBS ridiculous.

I’ve had a possible flare up today, I just feel so annoyed at the whole thing. I had a lap it’s made some things worse and improved others. Feeling completely lost and distrustful of doctors xx
