Does anyone ever wake up feeling like their intestines are all tangled up and knotted?

Hi Holleymuzz,

I personally do get the feeling you described due to frozen pelvis and adhesions from operations. But that feeling really depends on my stress levels, food i ate, not stretching enough, etc. So its all manageable, as long as i'm aware to avoid triggers.
