East midlands support groups

Is there any groups in the east midlands? I keep thinking about joining or meeting up but trying to get the nerve up and also when I've looked I've never found any close enough.

Hi. I've still not heard if there is a group in leicestershire. I know there are ones in lincoln, birmingham and nottingham, but I could do with one a bit closer.
