Hi I take Loestrin-20 continuously for my endometriosis, usually for 6-12 months at a time. Does anyone else do this and for how long? I've gone over 12 months this time without getting any break-through bleeding or pain. I'm reluctant to have a break for the sake of it but wonder if I should?

That’s great! Just keep taking it continuously . One day of you get bleeding have 7 days off and then go continuously again. That’s not dangerous and will help suppress your endo!
