Evening all,

I have heard that serrapeptase is good for Endo suffers. Has anyone had an experience with using this product did it help?

Thank you all x

I have not sure about the endo side buts it's definitely helped with my adhesions maybe it has helped with my endo too. I'll only know when I have another lap. I'll send you a link of someone it did help.

Hi. Sorry to be a pain. I started taking them today. I’m going to try 2 a day. It says take on empty stomach. So how would I do that. 2 in the morning because If I do 1 in the morning and 1 of evening. My stomach won’t be empty of an evening. X

Hello. Sorry to jump on a old post. I have been taking serrapeptase for about 2 weeks now, until last week Tuesday I took one in the morning and didn’t eat anything until the evening as I was busy, around 4.00pm I started to feel unwell and began being sick until around 5pm. I tried to eat something and I couldn’t keep anything down. I stayed off them for a little while until Wednesday I took one at 12. I ate around 1.30pm 2pm then around 3/4 I began to feel unwell again and was being sick until around 5. I didn’t eat for a few hours around 8:30 I had something to eat and I was fine. Am I doing something wrong? X

I suggest you try take it first thing before you eat anything then have breakfast an hour later. That's what iv always done and never had a problem. If this doesn't help maybe it's not for you xx

So if I take it as soon as I wake up and have breakfast an hour later test it like that? . I’m wondering if I can also get a lower doseage? I am just confused as I was fine for the first week xx

I tried it for about a week, but it made my normally cold body temp and bad circulation really hot! I was literally pouring with sweat all the time! I also developed bad swellings in my groin. I came off it because it was scareing me!

Hi I’ve been taking Serrapeptase for about a month now just recently upped my dosage as I wanted to see if I had any side effects .. I think it works differently for everyone and seems to depend on where your endo related stuff is located.. I think the tablets have definitely helped me I was experiencing pain in my ovary area but was told after examinations that I was endo free in the lower part of my body so not sure what those pains were all about, but since taking these tablets I don’t get those same pains anymore and my periods seem much better than they were .. I have endo in my belly button which unfortunately seems to be spreading around it but as it’s quite bad I’m guessing these little tablets may need more time to work their magic they’ve definitely helped relieve the hurrendous pain somewhat and for the last 2 periods my belly button hasn’t flared up that badly so I have my fingers crossed it will be manageable as the consultant doesn’t want to operate on me at the moment as he wants me to try and get pregnant due to the rareity of my condition they are concerned that I’ll need extensive surgery which may affect my chances of conceiving I have my doubts about his prognosis as I’m concerned about what my belly button will do if I fall pregnant as it has two blood filled nodules on it now 😞 so until I can get a second opinion I’m going to persevere with these tablets and see what happens .. it’s worth giving it a try to see if it helps you x

Sorry for the late reply. Can I ask what dose you started with. I’m starting today and thinking of taking 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. My periods have always been very painful and heavy. Especially the first day a always the worst. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you and wish you all the very best xx

Hi Chloe I started by taking 2 in the morning and have just recently started taking just 3 first thing in the morning I don’t know 100% what it’s doing to the endo in my belly button but it’s certainly aspects of my periods and if I forget to take my tablets the pain returns so I know it’s doing something .. hope you are ok xx

Hi, I’m a bit skeptical myself. Here’s a review saying there’s no evidence it works.

I would like to try Serrapeptase any of you have nexplanon or implanon implant and used Serrapeptas? I am a little concerned as I saw some warnings about hernia mesh and foreign objects in your body being compromised by the Serrapeptase. I don't want my implant to go wandering or be less effective. Has anyone been on both and been fine or have you had issues? Thank you!
