Omega 3

Hi everyone

I’ve recently been told by a dietician that have have a high omega 6:3 ratio. Apparently this can causes inflammation /pain with endometriosis. Has anyone tried to increase their omega 3 with supplements and noticed their pain has reduced? X

Yes, mine definitely improves with omega 3. I use vitabiotics ultra omega 3. The only thing to watch is that you must stop them before you have any surgical procedure and also they may make your period heavier xxx

Omega 3 has helped me too iv changed quite a bit so could be a bit of everything thanks for posting as I didn't know you needed to stop taking before surgery
