I think u should get a gynae check up done . Just to be sure .
The act of being married will not change anything, if you mean having children then you won't have the pain during pregnancy as you'll not ovulate. But once the child is born and you have natural cycles again it may come back.
It is best to get it checked by a doctor especially if you're struggling with your studies
