Does the Endo diet help?
hi. Hope you are having a pain ffree day. The Endo diet has helped with my symptoms, it was my husbands idea and I didn't think it would help but ws figured out that gluten was something that really upset my symptoms, if I eat something without thinking I know about it 🙉. For me we did it strictly and tried things once my pain was under control but I think a lot of people cut one thing out at a time. I've since had surgery to help but I am still careful with eating. It's worth a try 😊. Good luck cx
I avoid dairy and it helps hugely - I don’t eat very much meat or bread but if I do it’s not really making any difference. If I drink milk I get cramps - could be coincidence though. I’ve avoided it for 6 months xx
Hi, what's the endo diet? I'm currently thinking about changing what I eat to ease the symptoms. Thanks.
There's a lot online about what foods are good and bad for endo but I think I'm gonna ask my specialist about it and see what he suggests and how it helps endo. If you google it then loads will pop up but the main things im seeing is to avoid gluten, dairy, alcohol, caffeine and soy.
I have been cutting out gluten and dairy from my diet for about a month now and it does help with my symptoms, in particular the bloating. I had some gluten as a "treat" last night (belated Valentine's day dinner with my boyfriend) and I was severely bloated afterwards so I think it has definitely helping me in my case
