Feeling really low, Iron vice head nausea & Prostap. Please Help

I have had anxiety the past 4 weeks due to a work issue. But I'm having the followng symptoms whilst taking prostap. Due 3rd injection tomorrow.

● Iron vice head- feels like a band around my head.

● Neck and Head started clicking when I move it. Googled and it' called crepitus?? Checked the side effects of prostap and it' not on there.????

● Heart palps

● Feeling sick to my stomach all day every day

●Nausea constantly

I had prostap last year and only had hot sweats and achy bones.

Please can anyone help me to figure out why I'm feeling all these symptoms.
