First specialist appointment done!

I had my first specialist appointment today! I was so nervous! Didn’t sleep a wink, over thinking and the pain! Was just a nightmare! Got there a little late, never been to that hospital before!

I was only with the gynaecologist for about 10mins, but i had the best appointment iv ever had. He’s sending me for an MRI scan and a blood test...more than what the other gynaecologist did in the year iv Been seeing her!

He was talking about zolax (however you spell it) but tbh I really don’t like the sound of it at all, but said I’ll think about it.

And I’m seeing him again in May...considering the other gynaecologist iv been seeing, just kept telling endo doesn’t cause his much pain,no support or understanding for her...I last saw her in May...and I’m seeing this specialist in May..three months wait! Compared to 6months!

Iv been spoke to like a human being!

So glad for you! I have already been referred to a gyne once at my local hospital, because I wasn’t willing to go on the pill etc, as I have been trying to conceive for a year they dismissed me and discharged me. I am now having to go through it all again just to be referred again. I am hoping to be refered to an Endo specialist soon! X
