Hi There. I am new here. I had a lap for endo removal 4 weeks ago and i am still in constant pain from the surgery. I have a constant pulling feeling in my uterus where the endo was removed and then a sharp stabbing pain throughout the day. Im still taking co-codamol for the pain 4 times a day and have my hot water bottle but nothing seems to help. I just wondered what i should be expecting 4 weeks after in terms of pain? My specialist said it would take a couple of weeks but as im now at 4 weeks and still no sign of improvement i am really starting to worry that this isn't normal? How long have most people taken to recover? Thanks All xx

After a few days I was just back to my normal endo pain, apart from my belly button that was infected. I would check with your doctor because I dont think you should be in so much pain still incase there is an infection or something. Best of luck x

Hi, did you find out why you were still in constant pain? I’m 2 weeks post op and am feeling the same as you. I can already feel the endo pains again, that I was getting before the op and I’m so worried that I’m not going to improve the way I thought I would after surgery. Are you any better now?xx
