I started this a week ago after treatment to remove endometriosis and I'm feeling great today I haven't felt this good in such a long time. I think I've just been putting up with all my symptoms of endometriosis because the pain wasnt extreme. I don't know if it's because my high estrogen levels have started to come down or if the inflammation of endometriosis has cleared up . Feeling very positive even with this head cold I caught off my son. Only downside is I'm cold a lot especially in my hands and feet where as before I was constantly hot and sweating doing the smallest of tasks. Has anyone else gone through this? I hope after a few weeks my hands and feet start warming up 🙄
