Worried,Decapeptyl and oestrogel only hrt

I have my womb so why has no progesterone been prescribed?I am having 3 monthly injections which has been going on for around 18 months,it all confuses me so i am really hoping someone can help.

Interesting..... Maybe the decapeptyl is seen as suppressing the need for progesterone. Do you have a fake period at all? When I still had my uterus after having ovaries removed, I was on Estrogel hrt but told I needed to take progesterone every 3 months to ensure I had a bleed regularly, to ensure no thickening of womb lining and th of protect against uterine cancer. I used to dread it, as the progesterone made me feel so ill. You definitely need a period as per above.

I'd ask for a clear explanation. I used to take a notebook to appointments.... And still do!
