A little confused

I recently had a laparoscopy where they discovered two small areas of endometriosis, but will find out today where they were located. All has been removed with Helica treatment. I am only 20 and quite scared. I’m concerned that the pain is not fading yet, although it has been 11 days. I still get bad pack pain and severe abdomen cramps. How long does it usually take to get back to normal after endo removal? I’m constantly fatigued and can not sleep at night. Also any tips for how to prevent it coming back?
