Hi everyone, just wondering how you all cope with tiredness and if you have any remedies? I use to be able to do lots of over time but last month or so I just can’t seem to get myself up and constantly feeling tired no matter if I’ve had a good sleep. I had a lap in Aug and pain is slowly coming back just waiting for another Doctors appt.

Hi Clover123,
I am sorry to hear that you are suffering.
I also suffer with extreme fatigue and I know this isn't a remedy but over time the biggest thing I learnt was to be kind to myself and to not put myself down for not being able to do all the things I used to be able to do. I used to really beat myself up about it but I became honest with my friends and colleagues about what was going on in my life and why I cancel on them so often and I am in a much better space now.
Diet changes also helped a lot and I will always have my daily tumeric tea.
Best wishes,
M Mary, Endometriosis UK
Thanks for your reply! Someone else mentioned turmeric to me but I haven’t seen the tea so I shall look out for them. I have my bloods next Thursday so see if they show anything too x
I feel tired a lot too and because I don’t like to rest a lot, the tiredness sort of builds up to the point I have no energy especially around my period and I’m bed bound in fatigue and pain.
My boyfriend calls me stubborn haha and a pain in the arse because I don’t rest when I need to
