Firstly i would like to wish you all and your families a very happy new year. As i am not a big partier and will be going to bed at a boringly normal time i will be sending my hopes for your future year to be as smooth as possible with an increase in laughter and joy in your lives. I sincerely hope 2018 is filled with the new promises a new year brings and the carefully kept treasured memories of the year now to be the past.

I hope that with the new year an increase of awareness will be available; along with a clear sense of understanding of a disease that is more common than people realise. My desire is for people to be able to ask for help, for infomation to be clear and for professionals to be more willing to seek answers for their patients.

I do hope that there will be a time when not only for this disease, but for others that are not well publically known; that we can work together to help people face the problems they cause the ones suffering with them.

We may not be able to eradicate it. But we can atleast know how it works...what it does and how we can do something for the people suffering from it.

I dont want people to suffer in silence. I dont want people to be ignored. I dont want people to be afraid of asking questions.

I want 2018 to be a new year for us all.

Xxx
