I’m awaiting a consultation with a specialist however my GP believes I have Endo. Does anyone recommend anyways to relieve the fatigue?? I can occasionally control the pain, however I’m always exhausted. It’s effecting my education, social and personal life. Please help. Thanks

Fatigue was one of my worst symptoms but has got a lot better since upping my vit d. A blood test from Drs will let you know if youre deficient. My endo is still active. Cant think of anything else that relieved it, so mustve been my vit d level all along! Good luck
