Have anyone experienced pelvic pain on the right or left with lower back pain. Does this mean that you may have a cyst on your ovaries. The pain is so sure severe that I don’t know if it’s a rupture or now. No vomiting or fever with the pain. Just hurts really bad. It goes from the right to the left. So asking have anyone have an ruptured cyst.

Hi Sway72,

Your experience sounds familiar to me- severe pain is a possible symptom of a cyst. Personally, when i had it ruptured, i was vomitting. I wouldn't wait too long if i was you and would go and see a specialist asap. If the pain is so severe, i'd go to A&E to have a scan asap.

Hope you feel better soon. Keep us updated. Take care x
