Has anyone have Zoladex injection and it didn’t work for them?
I had 3 lots of injections, which only made my pain worse and made me bleed for 8 weeks. Today I saw a consultant and was told as the Zoladex didn’t help, I don’t have Endo! ( I had lap 18 months ago) they now want me to see gastro Doctors as everyone who takes Zoladex it always helps their endo.
Is this true?
I’m sorry I’m extremely frustrated to how I have been treated
I just want some answers to why I’m in so much

I've had 2 courses (decapeptyl and prostap). Took HRT with the decapeptyl, still had periods, still had pain, it was abandoned at 5 months when I had a pain flare so bad I had to go to A&E. Had prostap without, didn't bleed but still had pain. My bsge consultant told me it doesn't work for everyone, particularly not women with severe disease. I had stage 4 with bladder and bowel involvement and adenomyosis.
Just wondering if you did in fact have endo? I’m in the same position, have been on Zoladex for 6 months now and no improvement in my pain. I still know when I’d ovulate and menstruate based on the significance of my pain and symptoms. I am due to undergo a hysterectomy at the end of the month but have also been told that if Zoladex isn’t working, it’s not endo!
