The pain is so bad today, hot water bottle on my stomach, tenses machine on my back, bed and movies..Take my last pill night and then period, dredging this period, in agony before it's even started.

Aw, it sounded a really tough day for you yesterday, how are you today? I didn't feel very qualified to reply at first, having not got a diagnosis but just a sneaking suspicion it could be endo. But I know how grateful I felt when someone replied to me as I didn't feel so alone. Whether it's because of the same reasons or not I think chronic pain and feeling low can get you really down and even someone understanding that can be a big help. I hope you've had a better day today X
