Hey hun. Heat pads hot water bottles.anti inflammatory diet. Serrapeptase. It's all about research hun process and finding what works for you lovely. magnesium baths. Probiotcs to help with thrush and bowel problems. Limiting sugar and red meat. Hope at least one of these suggestions help you a bit. 💗💗🤗😘
