Hysterectomy and uti

Hi,

I had a full hysterectomy nearly 2 years ago and over the last few months I have had so many water infections, it feels like as soon as I get rid of one 3 days later I have another 😩 also the last 2 times I’ve had sex I’ve had a bleed after it.

Can anyone help with why this could be happening, I’m at my wits end with it all. I’m back in constant pain and swollen belly.
