Upset Stomach post lap

2 weeks on and my stomach is still playing up, worse than it was straight after the op.

To top it off my belly button has become really painful so I'm off to the nurse to get it checked out.

Just generally feeling utterly crap and really thought I would feel a bit more normal by now 😢

Big hugs. I am 4 months on and developed severe reflux after my surgery and having no end of dietary issues. Thinking of you and empathising a lot. Fwiw I did start to turn the corner and feel more human around 6 to 8 weeks.

I already had my gallbladder removed and have IBS and GERD so anything that upsets my body chemically or physically just seems to push me over the edge lol (gotta laugh or I'll cry). I'm sure it will all get better in time, some days you just think why?!! Have we not suffered enough?!
