After hysterectomy did it hurt around kidney area I’m 11 days post op

I'm 15 days post hysterectomy and I've had a bit of pain around my left kidney area. My surgeon did say that he had removed endo from ureter and kidney and that's what I was putting it down to.

Been feeling rough the past few days to tell the truth. I don't know whether it's related to the hysterectomy or if it's because everything's getting inflamed because my hormones are haywire at the moment. I've had a lot of pain when urinating which I hope isn't an indication of how I'm going to be going forward. I'm trying to stay positive but it's so difficult especially with my emotions all over the place. I hope you're having an easier time.
