Frequent Kidney/ Water infections?

Good Morning everyone.

Back in June, I was taken into hospital with the most excruciating pain I've possibly ever been in. I spent three days there to find out I had a kidney infection, kidney stones and a UTI as a result of the stones. I passed the stones (oh my goodness, never knew such small things could cause that much pain) and was allowed to go home after spending 2 nights hooked up to the drip that was pumping me full of all sorts.

That was my first UTI, now we're in October and I'm currently suffering from my fourth. What I want to know is, why do these keep occurring? I had the one in June, I had a minor water infection in August, another UTI in September and now the one I'm currently suffering. I've got no idea what could be causing these, and I've only had two possible explanations given to me; could be a result of the type of bubble bath I use, or it could be to do with my endo.

Is it possible that it could be the endo doing this to me? I've tried asking the doctors who just completely skip over what I'm asking and move on to the next problem I have. Do I need to get some more advice or help?

Thanks,

Em :)
