Vaginal bleeding during BM

Hi there. This post might be a bit TMI but I had the mirena coil fitted about 6/7 weeks ago and have had 2 heavy bleeds (i think i am just finishing the 2nd one now) and spotting practically every day since having it in. But everytime I think it's stopped I seem to bleed again while doing a bowel movement or having sex. I am currently awaiting a laproscopy to check for endometrios. I was just wondering if anyone else has had anything similar to this after having mirena or if it could be related to endo. I also haven't been able to feel my coil strings for a while. Sorry if it sounds a bit gross but I'm just a tad worried x
