Hey, I have been referred to a private hospital to have my mirena coil removed as it has moved and my gp hasn't got the equipment to remove it. Has anyone gone threw this experience and what does it entail?? Tia

Hi, i had mine removed. They put the speculum in, located the threads and just pulled, feels like period cramp, and does for a couple of days after. I found it quick and simple
