Has anyone ever tried acupuncture to help endo pain? If so, did it help? Im considering giving it a go..

Hi. Yes Iv used acupuncture in the past and it did help a bit to reduce some pain and also reduced the volume and clotting of my period. I did it for about a year before and during our last IVF attempt but definitely noticed a difference with my cycle. Unfortunately it's just expensive to keep doing long term, unless you might find a GP willing to refer for pain management? But certainly worth a try in my opinion. Good luck

I tried it, but before I was diagnosed. Didn't help. But neither of us used the term endometriosis so maybe she'd have been more able to help if we'd known.

I've tried it for other things and found it to be beneficial, see if you can be referred via gp first to cut the costs as the other poster said.
