Uterus Stuck to Bowel Surgery

So I am scheduled for 'open' surgery due to my situation being very complex.

Not sure if I have made the correct decision, but if I want to have another baby this needs to happen (currently have 1 baby boy) anyone know the recovery time roughly?

Hey there, big hugs. I don't know how open surgery affects things, presumably it lengthens the time, but I had removal of 3cm Endo nodule attaching bowel to vagina and an extensive bowel shave and vaginal repair along with other excision areas. I was signed off for a minimum of 6 weeks, have already been off 7 weeks. I am pretty sure I will need the full 12 weeks which was the top end of the range I was given before I go back to work on a phased return.

Hope this helps. The key thing is to give yourself as much time as you need XXX
