Hi Arvind, KUB X-ray is the next appropriate thing to do as they can use it to see if things have changed (I.e if the stone has passed) and if it is visible on X-rays for certain procedures to remove it. They say usually stones up to 4mm will pass on their own (will be uncomfortable).
They usually say to drink a lot of water: you need to make the urine pretty much colourless. Anything darker than that and you aren't hydrated enough. Tea and coffee aren't advised as they can be a diuretic.
The treatment really depends on the composition of the stone and obviously take into account of your ability for any procedure. They might do interval X-rays to see if it has passed if it is 5mm. If it doesn't move you might be candidate for Lithotripsy if your hospital offers it.
The best remedy for the stone removal and prevention in the future will be based on the type of stone it is (calcium, Uric acid, cystine, struvite). This is what your doctor will try and determine. I hope it isn't long before you get it sorted, you must be in agony!
As for the fatty liver it would be best to discuss with your doctor, the stones and the liver are perhaps linked by diet and you should talk your diet, any medications, any drinking habits or conditions which may be attributing to it. I fear however that a fatty liver is not reversible.
Hope this helps and good luck. (You might want to crop your picture to hide your details at the top). This post might also be more beneficial on another group as this group is for problems of the womb.
