Ibs or something else?

Hi newbie here.

I was diagnosed around 3/4yrs ago with ibs after going to gp with spasms in left pelvic area, But I'm not sure. I kept a food diary etc and couldn't really spot any pattern and don't really get C/D or bloating. I've always had painful periods from the get go, throwing up, passing out etc but the pill helped, although I still get period pain now just not as severe.

Everything just seems to happen in my lower left side, I only get period pain on the left now too. Slight pain there from the end of period all the way through to next just mild until a couple of days before I'm due on then it worsens. I've had ultrasound and camera inside and nothing came back, she struggled to find my left ovary as she said there was a lot of gas there and asked if I had heard of ibs.

Also does anyone get rectal pressure? Just feels like not emptied bowel?
