totally fed up!

im totally at my wits end.. Been to the doctors twice this week. In chornic pain. Referred back to hospital but its a four week wait. Pain killers and naproxen not doing much!!

Hi, what painkillers other than naproxen are you using?

Personally I get most relief from heat, either a hot water bottle or sticky heat pad.

Hope you can find something that works!

Hi, I stopped taking my Naproxen as it didn't agree with me at all. I'm currently using a TENs machine and tramadol to ease my pains. On a night I use an electric blanket or hot water bottle just to get a little comfort. Hope this helps x

I was told to take cocodamol and naproxen. I use a hot water bottle for relief too xx
