I have posted a few times but don't no were my post has gone 😊.
Basically I'm 58 with just been diagnosed with a cyst on my right overy .
I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2004 .quite extensive on bowel bladder cervix and overies.
Had a total hysterectomy, then Zoledex and prostrap .
Was taking HRTup to last week ..now decreasing it .
Went to see specialist last week and he things it could be Endometriosis rising it's ugly head ..
And think that's what has caused the cyst ..
To be sure, I'm having a mri scan ..the appointment has come thru for next Monday..
Just had a call from hospital and not sure weather I will be able to have the mri with dye injection ..due to having stage 3 kidney disease ...ringing back when consultant gives the go ahead .
I'm feeling very down n worried ..about the cyst ..and I have a UTI at the moment which not helping matters .
I have been suffering with UTI ..evey 3 week .for past 18months .so much so ive become immune to most antibiotics..
Any one with simular cyst ..or symptoms I would really appreciate a reply ..
I did have CA125..which came back as normal and the complex cyst is 58x39mm ..
Thankyou Tilly

Awww tilly I'm so sorry to hear your going through all this. Most cysts tend to dissappear on there own. Depending on the size it may need surgically removing.
Uti pains is horrendous at times i know, I have episodes where I have quite a few. I really wish I had some answers for you.
Please could you tell me how the endo was diagnosed on your bowel? Did you have a colonoscopy? I was diagnosed 18 month ago and had surgery in March to remove my fallopian tubes endo was found on one of them and the other was ok. They removed some endo when they went in to I think it was from round my uterus.
Wow that is a lot of areased to be covered in endo. I honestly don't know ow how you coped. Did you have lots of pain with it? As I know some time if it's in large quantity you don't nessacerily get as muche pain as you would think, and same with minimal endo some people get horrific pains. I think I'm in the latter.
So you say you had injections for 13 years? Which ones were they? I've had prostap previously from November 2015 to may 2016 I managed to sneak an extra one in as they say you can only have it for 6 months at a time. These injections worked really well with me but then noticedar the pains again after my next period in the August of 2016.
They won't do a hysterectomy on me due to my age and the morest I think about it I'm happy wih that as they say a full toral hysterectomy doesn't nessacerEly cure it etc. But at times I think "just do it I'd rather have the quality of life now at 33 with my 4 yr old son than live till I'm 80" it gets me down so much.
So what does an MRI check for? Isign it like a full on in depth full body scan??
I honestly don't know what to say in regards of it possiblyet being one or the other endo or cancer. As neither are nice and if it is cancer hopefully there's a cure/treatment. As I know with endometriosis here iso no cure and I'm yet to find a pain relief.
Goodo luck and please keep in touch. Message me anytime for a hat if you like. I mIghtfield not get straight back to you but I'll do my best.
