provera 10mg

Im currently on this to get a period (pcos) not came yet but I am cramping so much! feel like I am being stabbed in my side and doubled over in pain im really dreading the period coming now! my gynae told me I have IBS (lies) and put me on provera for pcos but this is only my second day and I dread to think it gets worse

anyone else the same issue?
