What to do .........

Hi ladies , i dont know what to do , i had my 1st lap 6 mo ths ago and had marina inserted , it took 4 weeks off work , and 5 months for the marina to stop my periods , however i have been keeping a diary of my pain , and i am still getting same symptoms around my due date and when my ovulation days , so for 2 weeks out of the four i am a nightmare to live with let alone living as me , i get migraines, i am the most moodest cow ever , crippling cramps, i also worry marina is causing pain , physically sick, bloated so much it feels like i am going to pop , sex pain , toilet problems, knackered , .. last time i went to see doctor they looked at my diary and relayed to me , well it was the whole month u felt like this b4 we got rid of endo and gave u the marina so there is improvement . Now i dont want to sound ungrateful as it did only take them 7 years to diagnose, and yes i am better than before , but i feel now we know wht it is there must be something that can help , pain killers they leep hiving me are cocodomol/naproxen and anti depressants , I am 30 if that makes any difference, not had children , only ever miscarriages, with partner for 11 years getting married in 9 months and worried this will ruin my day, please tell me there is something that can be done , as it feels like because thay have diagnosed it as endo thats it it shouldnt hurt now as it has a name x
