Laposcopy and cycle getting back to normal??

Hi all, I'm very new to this but thought I would give it a go??

I had my Laposcopy done on 16/5 (great outcome) the also done HSG which was fine altho they did find a small cyst and some endo so they removed all. This was carried out on cycle day 20 and was due my period on 24/5 which it came on the day lasted 4-5 days which is normal, however this month I'm 6 days late?? Can this be from the Lap as I have been reading it can mess up your cycles or is it wishful thinking im actually pregnant??

My cycle didn't return to normal for 3months after my laparoscopy. I too was worried and hoped i was pregnant but unfortunately not.... hope ure is back to normal sooner than mine.

Ahh Thank you so much I was just concerned as I had my first period when it was due just this month?? Good luck and hopefully we will both be Mummys very soon ;-))))))

Id test. I had complex surgery and my periods have remained normal throughout. Good luck.

Thank you I think I will do a test today just to be sure?? A little piece of me is really hoping I am pregnant but I am sure its just the surgey but thank you all for your responses xxx
