Hello all i take the max dose of gabapentin along side the max dose of tranadol plus duloxetine, also have strong 30/500 co-codamol and naproxen to take as i need them. I am still in real disabling pain and suffer from severe cronic fatigue. Is there anything anyone can suggest talking to my doctor about, i dont want to end up doped up all the time but even just something i could take for my worst days
