Ripping feeling and bleeding

Hi all I had a laparoscopy, removal of endo and a stitched up tear in my womb last year ,6 months after it was back and have been on synarel menopause spray for 6 months ,only had bit of bleeding when first started but hardly anything since ,couple of days ago I had a tearing feeling in lower abdomen /top of womb followed by bleeding and have been bleeding since,just wondering if any one else has had this ?thanks for reading x
