Endo pain or something different? When should I ask my Dr for help?

I've had a pain in my lower right abdomen for over a week now. I have Stage IV Endometriosis and was treated with a laparoscopy last yr followed by a right oopherectomy.

I manage Endo pain and flares with a Fentanyl pain patch and tramadol. Despite using these, this pain has been constant for over a week.

I'm reluctant to approach my GP, as I'm worried he'll just say it's my Endometriosis & I'll waste his time. But how do I know it's not something else? What else could it be?

Normally, during an Endo flare, I would find some relief with pain killers (even if it doesn't last very long!) but I can't seem to get rid of this.

(I also had bleeding during intercourse yesterday- don't know if the 2 are linked??)

Please help... xx

*update* after a visit to the DR - I have peritonitis
