Decisions to make.....

Hi all I had my 1st Lap Jan 2016 where the consultant found extensive Endo on my left side. Ovary and tube fused. He decided to leave it as it was key hole surgery and said it would be a more complex and timely excision that was required. He used a helam beam on the small deposits on my uterus but seemed relatively satisfied with the extent of this. Unfortunately we have now had 2 IVF cycles that have both ended in MC. Most recent Oct last year. I had my review yesterday and they are recommending that it all be tided up in there before we embark on our 3rd cycle. Decisions to make so going back with my husband at the beginning of June. Looking for some advice ladies, who had had full excision open surgery? He basically said that if they can try and remove as much of the hostile environment this would give us a much better chance. I definitely think we need to push on and attempt to change something as I have it in my mind that the Endo is affecting my egg quality although both times I have had 2 top embryo blasts transferred but never had any frozen....any advice would be much appreciated.
