Will eating healthy help my endo symptoms?

I have a really really bad diet, I'm lucky if I eat 1 of my 5 a day. I am suffering with depression, low energy, fatigue etc which are all endo symptoms, but will these improve if I start eating healthier?

I found that changing my diet has really helped. I have depression too and have constant tiredness from the endo. It feels at times that I am walking through a swamp. I have cut out bread (or have very little through the week), as well as lowering my carbs and don't drink caffeine. It has started to help my endo symptoms e.g. less bloating. I try to go for a little walk each day if I can. I also have to try to lose weight for my next laproscopy so I'm drinking fruit etc shakes for lunch so it packs in quite a few of my 5 a day.
