Dealing with endo

Hi ladies I just found out I have endometriosis when I got surgery on something that was bothering me I thought it was something left behind they pulled it out found out it was endo so my lap to remove endo around tubes is scheduled for the 20th my obgyn is doing it for me I've been in lots of pain since the surgery were trying to have a baby any suggestions would be great thank you
