Bleeding after sex

What does this mean?

I started what i thought was a period but not my usual period two weeks ago and then had sex the following week when i had stopped bleeding and got bleeding again.

Has anyone else had the same?

Yes this happens to me all the time 🙁 It feels different to a period, although it lasts about as long or until my actual period starts. When my period stops, I have sex and it starts all over again which is definitely making me feel guilty in my relationship. This is a symptom of endo though

I googled it a mistake i know but it said that having Polyps cause bleeding after sex. On my discharge notes it says they removed a polyp which would explain the bleeding :/

I was just about to write this, I have been bleeding after sex exactly as you described and have always thought that it was due to endo but was always sceptical as I've been on gynopyctel injections to stop my hormones for 8 months now. I had a polyp removed yesterday after talking with my surgeon before my laproscopy so fingers crossed this is the answer, so Tanyannah I do hope you are right. XX
