Sudden throbbing pain a week after lap

Hi everyone,

I had a lap last Wednesday in which my left tube,a small cyst on my right ovary.a penunduculated fibroid was removed.I also had adhelyosis to remove adhesions.The recovery had been fine uptill now and yesterday I was relatively active,walking a bit not too much and sitting for a long time when wham at night I started getting these sharp throbbing pains in my right side where they removed the small cyst from.Feel so depressed and guilty for wrecking my own recovery.Spoke with my doc who says the pains might be temporary and to take analgesics.Has anyone experienced this sudden onset of pain after a relatively smooth period?
